You could take the Hooter's approach. Perhaps you could call your business " Ms. Goodrear." I like Mustard 10's idea, " A wench with a wrench." You could serve coctails and watch your customers get hammered. I loved Steven Wright (the comedian with the deadpan humor; not the doctor with the bedpan humor I assume.), but I never see him on television anymore.
